Only a small budget but still high standards?

Normally you cannot choose between both options. However, Freier Videoreporter is the exception to the rule. We use modern cameras with large, latest-generation 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Excellent image quality is achieved despite difficult lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts allows the cameras to be controlled remotely and minimizes manpower, which reduces costs.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Freier Videoreporter is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, Freier Videoreporter makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Freier Videoreporter can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.

Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
